Yes. Boott Mills offers apartments at standard rental rates as well as a limited number of affordable apartments for households that meet current income and household-size requirements. Availability is separate for each option. The leasing team can explain which apartments are offered at standard rates, which are part of the affordable housing program, and what documents are required for each application.


What should I know about the historic apartment floor plans?

The Apartments at Boott Mills is located in a converted mill, so the apartments may differ. Depending on the home, features may include exposed brick, original wood beams, tall windows, high ceilings, open loft-style spaces, dens, or river and city views.


Does every apartment have a washer and dryer?

No. In-home washers and dryers are available in select apartments. Boott Mills also offers shared laundry facilities for renters whose apartments do not include in-home laundry. Ask the leasing team to confirm the laundry setup for the specific apartment you are considering.


What utilities are included with rent?

Gas heat and water are included with rent at The Apartments at Boott Mills.


Is Boott Mills pet-friendly?

Yes. Boott Mills welcomes cats and small dogs, although dogs may only be permitted in select apartments. The current policy allows up to two pets and lists a maximum dog weight of 30 pounds. Breed restrictions and monthly pet rent apply.


How does parking work at Boott Mills?

Parking is available at Boott Mills, but the type of space, monthly cost, and current availability should be confirmed before applying. This is especially important for households with more than one vehicle.
